I also think that the protein structure of the gainer is very important. Also the carbohydrates can be of different quality. Important to have a look on this.

The author is correct, 25% IS unhealthy. She didn't say OBESE, she said unhealthy. You can be overweight, fat and unhealthy before you're obese. Obese means EXTREMELY overweight. I'm a 36 year old male approaching 8% bodyfat.... and that's NOT too low or unhealthy. You're wrong on that one. I could get down to 5% and still be very healthy.

To be honest with you that's all you need - 5g per day of creatine is enough to keep it going through your muscles.

I would recommend taking the Max Powers Anabolic Stack before working out, or if you don't plan on working out a day, take it in the morning with your protein when you wake up.

Those who look into this should really consider going on the creatine cycle, this is because your body gets used to creatine if you just keep taking it. After that, stop all creatine intake for 3 weeks straight. After those 3 weeks, repeat the cycle.

I was surprised at how simple and basic he keeps his workouts. Considering he doesn't do cardio either, just shows how important that is.

Awesome, thanks for this information this kind of knowledge should be taught from day 1 because it's these "Minerals" that allow us to survive and exsist. it's a shame this flys under the radar.
